Sony Cyber-shot DSC-H7 Review

The Sony Cybershot DSC-H7 is a camera which lets you take close-up shots that look wonderfully dramatic and gives you the ability to capture crisp fast action pictures. This camera has a CCD design which is 8.1 megapixels Super HAD (this means Hole Accumulated Diode). This utility lets in more light to enter into every pixel. The result of that is an increase in sensitivity and a reduction of the noise. You may take large or cropped pictures but still get great detail because of the 8.1 megapixels Super HAD. Now that, allows the Sony Cybershot DSC-H7 to capture breath taking photos.

Another feature you can get from the Sony Cybershot DSC-H7 is it has a very high level of Optical Zoom which is 15X. The said zoom lens is of the Carl Zeiss type. This enables users to catch a closer glimpse of distant subjects. As an added value, a digital zoom of 2x permits you to zoom close in without getting any jagged edges.

Now this camera also has an internal memory where you can store up to 31MB. But using other storage devices like the Memory Stick Duo or the Memory Stick Pro Duo (this are sold separately) can be used as another option. These storage devices are very compact and you may take them with you even without the camera.

Pros: The Sony Cybershot DSC-H7 is an excellent camera having both functionality and simplicity. The 15X Optical Zoom is a great deal since you can take shots in varied range. The lens is Carl-Zeiss which of great quality. You can have a photo slide show combined with music.

Cons: The Lens of this camera tends to pop-out when it is switched on. It also has a center wheel which is around the buttons which does not have any purpose.

Overall: The Sony Cybershot DSC-H7 is camera which is great choice when you are looking for an excellent camera which may be used by professional photographers and everyone as well.
